The talk on 26 November should be an interesting one. Bob Avery works for the railways and does pictorial photography in a railway environment, covering scenic railways in the UK and also several different countries, particularly India and the USA. He's travelling down from Scotland for this event.
John Warburton from Wensleydale Art will talk about art and how you use photography within it, also how he can use photography to help him. In the second half we will get a demo. It should be an interesting evening!
Our second competition evening of the season will be judged by one of our own members, Martin Vickerman. Looking forward to seeing some entries this time from some of our new members. Good luck to you all!
Have you ever tried photographing fireworks? This will be your chance to try it out. If you can set your camera to Manual and/or have a Bulb setting you will get the best results. Be in Reeth for 6.30pm to catch the fireworks evening.
