Our original second Summer outing was planned by David Boath, to take photos of wild garlic and bluebells in the woods. Unfortunately this had to be aborted due to the late emergence of the flowers.

Our next Summer outing, kindly organised by John Gilbert, involved a trip to Staithes. and members enjoyed a sunny afternoon at the coast, many of us taking advantage of the excellent fish and chips to be found in Staithes! Blue skies and sun weren't ideal for photography, but nevertheless a fine day was enjoyed by all.
